As a child, Alton Ellis was a major part of the soundtrack in my house…  One of Jamaica’s most vocally-gifted and prolific singers, he would have been 72 years old today.
I was able to grab this mix off the net last year after his death. It totally reminds me of Brooklyn ‘83!!!
